Report a Job or Scam – Remote Nursing Jobs

Found a problem with a listing? Think a job is a scam? Tell us here. Your report helps keep this site safe for all nurses.

How to Report

Email [email protected] with the subject line “Report a Job” and include:

  • Job title as shown on this site
  • Company name
  • Link to the job post on this site
  • What is wrong: job closed, wrong pay, wrong location, broken link, or suspected scam
  • Link to the official listing if you have it

We check reports fast. If the job has closed, we mark it as expired. If the job is fake, we remove it. If a guide has an error, we fix it and update the date.

Scam Warning – Read This Before You Apply

Job scams target nurses. Use this checklist for every remote job, on this site and on any other site.

  • Never pay to apply. Real employers do not charge an application fee, training fee, or equipment fee by gift card, wire, or check.
  • No check-cashing. If someone sends you a check to buy equipment and asks you to send part of the money back, it is a scam. The check will bounce.
  • Interviews are not only on chat apps. Be careful if the full interview is only by text on Telegram, WhatsApp, or a similar app, with no video or phone call and no official email.
  • Verify the email domain. A real employer uses its own domain (for example, @company.com). Be careful with Gmail, Yahoo, or misspelled domains that look like the company name.
  • Check the official site. Find the job on the employer’s own careers page. If you cannot find it there, do not apply through another link.
  • Do not share sensitive data early. Do not send your Social Security number, bank data, or license photo before a formal offer and a secure hiring process on the official site.
  • Too-good pay is a red flag. If the pay is far above the normal range for the role with no clear source, verify it on the official site.

What Happens After You Report

  1. We open the official employer listing and compare it to our post.
  2. If our post is wrong, we fix it at once.
  3. If the job has closed, we mark it as expired and remove its schema.
  4. If the job is a scam or cannot be verified, we remove the post.
  5. We reply to you when the check is complete, if you left your email.
