How We Verify Jobs – Remote Nursing Jobs

Every job on this site goes through the same check process. We do this so you can trust what you read and apply with care.

Our 5-Step Process

  1. Found. We find a job on an official source. That source is the employer’s own careers page, USAJOBS.gov for federal jobs, or a state government site. We do not take jobs from random social posts or chat groups.
  2. Checked on the official site. We open the official listing. We confirm the job title, company, location, remote status, license needs, job type, and deadline. If we cannot find the job on the official site, we do not post it.
  3. Written in our own words. We write a short summary in our own words. We do not copy the ad text. We add the pay range only if the official post lists it, or we show a clearly marked estimate from a named source like the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
  4. Date verified. Each job post shows “Verified on [date]” and a posted date. That date is the day we last checked the official listing.
  5. Re-checked weekly and expired jobs marked. We re-check live jobs each week. When a job closes, we add an “Expired” notice at the top of the post, remove the JobPosting schema, and link to similar open jobs. We keep the page live so its links still help you, but we make the closed status clear.

What We Check for Each Job

  • Job title and department match the official post
  • Company name and official careers link are correct
  • Remote status is clear: fully remote (US), remote in select states, or hybrid
  • License states accepted and compact license needs are stated as listed
  • Job type and schedule are stated as listed
  • Apply steps point to the official site only

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not invent jobs, pay, or deadlines.
  • We do not charge you to apply.
  • We do not ask for your Social Security number, bank data, or license number.
  • We do not post a job if we cannot verify it on the official site.

How You Can Help

Jobs change fast. If you click a job and find it closed or different, please tell us. Use the Report a Job page. Include the job title and the link. We will check and fix or mark it expired.

Trust Strip You Will See on Job Posts

Each job post shows a status line at the top: “Verified on [date]” or “Expired.” If you do not see that line, be extra careful and check the official site at once.

We work hard to keep listings true. Still, always confirm the final details on the official employer site before you apply. That site holds the official record.
